[Marine Rope Application Case] Polyethylene Rope for Oyster Farming (Cultivation Rafts)
Affordable and moderately flexible! Case study on the use of polyethylene rope that is water-resistant and suitable for fishing.
Our company, Inaba Seiko, is a rope manufacturer with a proud history of 100 years. We engage in the manufacturing and sales of fiber ropes (for fishing, civil engineering and construction, agriculture and forestry, and various other fields), as well as the sale of capture traps for wildlife damage control and maintenance of playground equipment. Here are some examples of our rope deliveries. Inaba Seiko's rope is used for oyster farming, where juvenile oysters are attached to scallop shells and suspended for about two years on a cultivation raft. For this suspension, we use our "polyethylene rope." This product is inexpensive, has moderate flexibility, and is strong against water, making it suitable for fishing.
